What is the Course Total Price?
A. Our basic course price is only
$18.99 and includes first class
US mail Certificate Delivery (4-6 days).
This price will change if you select any
of our premium delivery options, testing
method, duplicate certificate, and when applicable
final exam grading options.

Are there any additional fees to resend my
certificate of completion?
A. There will be a $3.99 duplicate certificate
fee which will be charged ONLY if you request
a duplicate certificate of completion after
you have received your first certificate
or is in the mail.

My certificate has incorrect information,
is there a fee to reissue another certificate
of completion with corrected information?
A. No. We will issue a FREE duplicate certificate
should the court not accept your certificate
of completion due to incorrect information.
Please note that the duplicate certificate
does NOT include any form of premium delivery
other than regular mail. If you choose to
order a duplicate certificate for your own
records an additinal fee of $3.99 will apply.

What are the payment options?
A. We currently accept ALL MAYOR credit card.
We use GOOGLE CHECKOUT as our payment processor.
You may also submit payment with a Money
Order or Chashier's Check. Please note that
you will not have access to the final exam
until payment is received should you choose
to mail in payment. You should address your

Can I start the course now and pay later?
A.YES!. We encourage you to try our course
before you submit payment. You are able to
start the course and even complete the entire
material (with the exception of the final
exam) without paying us a penny. You will
be required however, to submit payment in
order to complete the final exam and receive
a certificate of completion.

I decided not to use CleanTickets.com Traffic
School, can I get my money back?
A. CleanTickets.com honors all requests for
money back if the following criteria is met:
- You
have not already completed the course or
have finished all ten chapters
- You
have not received a certificate of completion
- You
have not ordered overnight delivery

I have been billed twice, can I get a refund?
A. Absolutely. You may be billed twice due
to duplicate payment submissions. We will
issue refunds the same day they are requested.
We will conduct additonal duplicate charge
verification prior to issuing a refund. We
appreciate your patience during this process.
8.
I ordered my certificate via overnight delivery
but it did not came, can I get my money back?
A. We will NOT be able to issue refunds for
overnight delivery. We can however, resend your
certificate via the same delivery method at
no additional charge. Please note that should
our carrier be unable to delivery your certificate
as scheduled, a note will be left on your door
regarding their attempted delivery specifying
next delivery time and date. All shipping
charges are NONREFUNDABLE.
