Course Agreement

Course Eligibility
It is the responsibility of th e student (you) to determine whether they are eligible to utilize the Clean Tickets Traffic School course as an alternative to classroom traffic school to dismiss their citation (Keep DMV Record Clean) by fully reading the requirements for their court. No consideration will be granted due to an error on the part of the student regarding this eligibility.

Only the person who was issued the traffic school citation will use this website, and complete the traffic school. It is against the law for anyone other than the person who was issued the citation to complete the traffic violator school course. The court will impose a penalty for anyone found to be violating this law. Clean Tickets Traffic School will NOT issue refunds to anyone found to be in violation of this agreement.

Cancellation policy

If Clean Tickets Traffic School has already received your payment, you must cancel the enrollment contract before chapter 5 is complete. Please note that there is a $1.50 processing fee for all refunds and cancellations. Cancellations cannot be made if the student has successfully completed the course (completed chapter 5, or all 10 chapters along with the course final exam) or received a failing grade for the course. Failing includes failing the validation process or attempting to circumvent the system such as accessing pages you are not supposed to.
Refund policy

No credit for completion will be given if the course is completed by anyone other than you or if you are assisted by an outside party. When you enroll in the course you are stating under penalty of perjury that you, and not another person, studied the material in its entirety and completed the chapter quizzes and the final exam. Our system monitors your access points (IP address mapping), course access times, pages visited, time spent on each page, exams scores and access times-including all personal information provided. Our system has been designed to keep logs of everything you do in our website. By registering for this course, you understand that it may be a felony to make false statements or to falsify documents submitted to the court.

No refunds will be providedd unless one of the following occurs:

1. The course of instruction is discontinued by the school, preventing you from completing the course.
2. Your enrollment was obtained as a result of any misrepresentation in advertising, promotional materials of the school, or representation made by an owner or employee of the school.

All refunds will be completed within 30 days after the effective date of your terminated enrollment.

Required Information
You are required by the court to provide us with your Complete Name, Driver's License Number, Mailing Address, and a "valid" email along with other court related information. It is illegal to submit fraudulent information to the court. Verify that the information you will provide is accurate, failure to supply true and correct information may result in untimely email notifications, payment receipts, and certificate processing. All information submitted to our school is subject to careful verification.

Completion of the court in time for a timely submission of the certificate of completion to the court is also the responsibility of the student. No consideration will be granted due to an untimely course completion of the part of the student regarding court due date or imposed deadlines-even when Clean Tickets school offers Certificate Due Date Notifications.
Error to select or provide the incorrect information will result on additional fees once the certificate of completion has been issued. A fee totaling $6.50 will applied for certificates that require updated information.

The Material in this traffic school are copyrighted and all rights are reserved. No part of this program may be duplicated or used for any purpose other than to complete the court requirement for the single traffic violator who is registering for this course. A Note for the hearing-impaired: Our course does not depend on any type of sound nor will there be any requirements for such.

Support
In order to maintain the affordability of our program to Clean Tickets students, student support include unlimited email support: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Phone support is limited to a maximum of three, five-minute phone calls per student. We reserve the right to refuse service to any student that we feel is causing undue difficulty for our staff. If you require weekend or holiday season customer support, an addtional fee of $4.99 will be required which can be paid during course registration or anytime during our traffic school regular business hours.
